Historical and mysterious castle until now. So many things happened. Was built by Mr Larnarch just because to gather materials from around the world, then turned into a bank then became the family's palace. Now kept by someone (Rebbecca I think...not quite sure the name) and I was told that she is also weird and the family is full of mysterious...she even kicked her children out of the palace-- wallahua'lam) Macam dalam novel seram pulak.
The North room for instance has floor made from maple and oak from a country (forgot but not frm nz of course). Then, different windows are made from different glass...he tried to resemble many materials from around the world which is...interesting :-)
Then there is the story of the ballroom. Was specially built for his daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday but sadly she died before her birthday and she never knew about the ballroom...
The South room agak spooky but because we did not know about the hidden history at first so kami masuk dengan selambanye...dah balik umah along baru rase takut... LOL
